After a FREE initial evaluation as to the viability of an appropriate insolvency solution, a second opinion will be obtained from a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner (Practitioner), completely free of charge.

In the initial stages of the evaluation we may need to contact you for further information via e-mail, correspondence or telephone.

Once we have assessed your situation and you have decided to pursue an Individual Voluntary Arrangement we will collate more detailed information including your credit history, statements and reference numbers.

We carry out this work prior to passing it over to a Practitioner in order to keep professional fees to a minimum.
